Be Proactive, Service Your Systems
Annual maintenance on all HVAC equipment is extremely important to keep the warranty active (per manufacturers’ recommendations), the system operating top-notch, electricity usage at a minimum, and for optimal airflow. Maintenance is recommended twice a year which is why we offer an Annual Service Agreement to keep the systems operating as functional as possible. Whether your system is 15 years old or 5 years old, we’ve got you covered.
What's Included?
Residential Maintenance
Service agreements include 2 visits per year (6 months apart). If parts or additional repairs are recommended to keep the system operational, we offer a 20% discount for service agreement holders. If a new HVAC system is recommended due to the age of equipment or costly repairs, we offer a 10% system replacement discount to Service agreement holders.
Residential maintenance includes Shane’s AC sending out a skilled maintenance technician to tune up any make or model of HVAC equipment, including Mini split systems. This service includes checking thermostat settings, tightening all electrical connections, lubricating all moving parts, starting capabilities, clearing out condensate drain lines and emergency drain pans of all sludge and debris, checking system controls, cleaning condenser coils, checking refrigerant levels, checking and adjust blower components, and clean or change out filters provided by the customer.
Commercial Maintenance
Commercial maintenance agreements are typically done quarterly yet can be done twice a year. We offer maintenance on all HVAC equipment 1.5 tons up to 20 tons, exhaust fans (small or large), hood vents, commercial ceiling fans, ice machines of all sizes, walk-in coolers/freezers, monthly filter changes, etc. We offer free estimates with a complete walkthrough of the facility. Pricing is based on the system.
